Norihito’s father was at the forefront of establishing the Kobe Beef brand. Unfortunately, Norihitofound it restrictive to breed Kobe Beef cattle in Kobe and looked for another region to breed Wagyu cattle. He felt that Miyazaki was ideal and decided to settle there. So, this is how the journey begin and plays a very important role in the Wagyu industry.
Our philosophy is to prioritize quality, taking time to breed, finding the ideal feed ingredients for the cows, and nurturing them to the best of our ability. We need to stabilize the supply through sustaining this quality to keep our consumers satisfied. We are confident that Nakanishi Wagyu is the “BEST-OF-THE-BEST”.
